HSE Specialist - Real Estate
Job description
Responsibilities
Incluem, but are not limited to:
- Report the EHS (Health, Safety and Environment) matrix of legal aspects, according to the type of works, processes, and people.
- Manage Health and Safety Systems in a large-scale construction project; and assist the Construction Manager in implementing HS procedures performed on site.
- Ensure that work methods are executed according to legal requirements and company standards.
- Ensure that work methods are executed according to the contracted scope of the main contractor and with MSs (Safety Methodologies).
- Perform and ensure the execution of adequate training and competence checks for local team and subcontractors.
- Schedule Monthly EHS Activities and KPI.
- Report Daily/Weekly/Monthly Services.
- Develop the HSE plan and support its execution by incorporating OSHA standards.
