HSE Specialist / Manufacturing / Province of Milan

Responsibilities: Management of health, safety, and environmental risks; Development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures; Monitoring and control of HSE performance indicators; Collaboration with production departments to ensure compliance with HSE regulations; Identification and mitigation of potential hazards; Training and awareness-raising activities for employees on HSE topics; Reporting and communication of HSE incidents and near-misses. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field; Minimum 3 years' experience in HSE role; Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and regulations (e.g. OSHA, EU-OSHA); Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.
