If selected, the worker will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: • Developing and implementing effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards and risks. • Providing training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and ensuring that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment. • Investigating and reporting all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all HSE-related activities, including training, audits, and incidents. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in HSE best practices and ensuring that the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. • Providing support and guidance to employees on HSE-related matters and ensuring that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment. • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of HSE-related issues and initiatives. • Maintaining a positive and proactive approach to HSE, and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
