HSE Manager (m/f/d)

Purpose of the Position:
Ensuring workplace, health, and environmental protection at the site. The position is a central point of contact for all HSE topics and makes a significant contribution to the further development of the safety culture.

Tasks:

• Conducting risk assessments and analyses in collaboration with departmental experts
• Organizing and conducting safety tours and ASA meetings
• Contact person for occupational accident insurance and authorities
• Reporting and analyzing workplace accidents, exchange of best practices across sites to prevent them
• Preparation of reports and documentation according to ISO standards
• Organizing and conducting internal and external training sessions
• Supporting the implementation of HSE measures in production
• Fostering a sense of safety among commercial employees and management staff
• Collaboration with various hierarchical levels - from shop floor to executive management
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and internal standards

Profile:

• Completed training with further education as a specialist in occupational safety (FaSi)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the HSE field, preferably in industry (pharma/packaging advantageous)
• Experience with ISO certifications
• Good English skills for site-wide communication
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Well-developed analytical skills, structured working style, and high level of initiative
• Passion for occupational safety and proactive action
