HSE MANAGER

LHH For our client, a leading process industry company recognized in its own market, we are looking for a: HSE MANAGER. The sought-after figure will have the responsibility of guiding and developing the company's HSE strategies, ensuring full regulatory compliance and promoting a culture oriented towards prevention, environmental protection, and continuous improvement. The role also includes the assumption of the RSPP role, with direct responsibility for implementing safety and protection measures. Responsibilities Health and Safety: - Ensures the application of regulations related to health and safety at work, defining plans and operational procedures. - Coordinates training and awareness programs for workers. - Updates and manages the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), collaborating with RLS, ASPP, and Medical Competent. - Conducts internal HSE audits and proposes corrective and improvement actions. Environment: - Supervises environmental compliance of the plant, ensuring respect for current regulations (emissions, waste, discharges, resource management). - Manages environmental authorizations and relationships with competent authorities (ARPA, Province, Municipality, etc.). - Promotes environmental sustainability initiatives and reduces ecological impact, also through the adoption of innovative technologies and practices. - Monitors environmental indicators and prepares periodic reports for the Management. Certifications: - Maintains and develops the integrated management system, with particular reference to the OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Your Profile Requirements & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines - Consolidated experience in the role, acquired in structured production contexts. - RSPP authorization and in-depth knowledge of national and European regulations in HSE matters. - Excellent relational and communicative skills. - Attitude towards continuous improvement and change management. - Ability to interface authoritatively and collaboratively with all company functions. - Precision, proactivity, and result-oriented.
