Job description

LHH This is an interesting opportunity to join a growing pharmaceutical reality, with a key role in managing Health, Safety, and Environment policies. Responsibilities The resource, reporting to the Plant Management and managing a team of two people, will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring the HSE System, ensuring compliance with current regulations and GMP standards. The role includes: · Managing HSE activities in accordance with D.Lgs. 81/08. · Managing analyses and evaluating environmental risks connected to business activities: implementation of improvement plans to bring the level of environmental risk to a tolerable level. · Implementing and updating procedures for the environmental management system 14001 (waste management, emergency responses, etc.). · Managing all mandatory documentary activities (AIA, environmental registers, authorization practices): managing prescriptions from the integrated environmental authorization with compilation of monitoring files, annual report submission, solvent reports, well water analysis, and emissions and discharges. · Managing the wastewater treatment plant in collaboration with maintenance and the laboratory CQ. · Coordinating risk assessments and implementing preventive and corrective measures. · Updating and managing the DVR and risk assessments. · Controlling correct use of PPE and respect for safety procedures. · Coordinating mandatory and specialized training for personnel and awareness activities. · Coordinating internal and external audits (authorities, clients, ISO 14001 certifications). · Analyzing HSE KPIs and preparing periodic reports for management. Profile Only candidates with the following qualifications will be evaluated: · Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Safety or related fields. · At least 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical contexts. · In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and GMP standards. · Familiarity with managing hazardous substances and ATEX processes. · Certifications (e.g., RSPP, ISO 14001) will be a preferred title. · Good knowledge of the English language. · Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
