HSE Manager (m/f)

📜 Context

On behalf of an international industrial group specialized in the perfume, flavor, beauty, and wellness sectors, we are looking for an EHS Manager to work at a production site located in the canton of Geneva.

Reporting to the EHS Directorate, you will be responsible for managing the Environment, Health, and Safety activities of the site, with the objectives of ensuring regulatory compliance, controlling industrial risks, and developing a strong safety culture among the teams.

📌 Your Role

You will manage the site's EHS strategy and support operational teams in applying safety, health, and environmental requirements.

You will play a key role in risk prevention, industrial process safety, and continuous improvement of EHS practices.

🎯 Missions

🔹 EHS Management & Leadership

• Define and deploy the site's EHS strategy in accordance with group standards.

• Advise management and support operational managers.

• Develop safety culture and raise employee awareness.

• Oversee EHS training and prevention programs.

🔹 Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Swiss EHS regulations.

• Manage audits, analyze incidents, and define corrective actions.

• Track EHS KPIs and ensure regulatory reporting.

• Supervise waste management and emergency plans.

🔹 Process Safety & Risk Management

• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives.

• Identify and assess risks related to industrial processes.

• Ensure compliance with ATEX requirements.

• Collaborate with specialists to reduce industrial risks.

💼 Your Profile

• Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, EHS, or equivalent field.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.

• Proven experience in EHS at a production site.

• Mastery of Process Safety Management and ATEX regulations.

• Swiss STPS expert diploma required.

• Fire safety officer certification: a plus.

• Skills in risk analysis, audits, and incident management.

• Proficiency in French and English.

• Good command of MS Office tools.
