HSE Manager

Airswift is looking for an Operational Excellence & HSE Manager to work on a permanent contract in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico, with a leading company in the drilling and production services sector. This professional will lead the implementation of operational excellence and HSE strategies across integrated well services (infrastructure, production, drilling, completion, and workover), ensuring standardization, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and sustainable performance in offshore and onshore operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HSE management, with experience in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and training programs. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field), and at least 5 years of experience in HSE management.
