What will you do?

The figure ensures the effective application of the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System within the construction site, ensuring full compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and Legislative Decree 152/06. Their objective is to prevent accidents, reduce operational risks, and transform rules and procedures into safe, verifiable, and sustainable behaviors. They act as a technical point of reference for the Site Manager, subcontractors, and the CSE (Safety Coordinator in the Execution Phase), contributing to the creation of a solid and participatory safety culture.

Specifically:

● Ensure the implementation of directives from the Site Management and the CSE in agreement with the company Management.

● Draft, in concert with the Employer, the POS (Workplace Safety Plan) and all accompanying documentation.

● Verify the technical-professional suitability, the POS, and related attachments of subcontractors, ensuring consistency with the PSC (Safety and Health Plan) and the absence of unmanaged interferences.

● Support Site Management in defining safe technical solutions for critical activities.

● Conduct induction sessions for new arrivals and visitors.

● Organize targeted toolbox talks before critical works (excavations, work at height, lifting operations).

● Monitor the correct management of waste according to Legislative Decree 152/06 and CER codes.

● Control emissions, discharges, noise, and dust, ensuring mitigation measures.

● Verify the conformity of temporary storage areas and prevent spills.

● Analyze near misses and incidents, developing reports and corrective action plans.

● Support Management in case of inspections by ASL (Local Health Authority), ARPA (Regional Environmental Protection Agency), Labor Inspectorate.

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

● Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil/Building/Safety), Architecture, or Prevention Techniques

● 4–6 years of experience, preferably on construction sites

● In-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and 152/06

● Good written and spoken knowledge of English (B2)

● Availability to work on-site and undertake business trips

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with availability for overtime

Contractual Offer:

Permanent employment contract

Applied CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement): Metalworker Industry

Employment Level: B1-B2

Expected salary: between €40k-45k, determined based on the contractual level, the foreseen duties, and the position's characteristics.

· Welfare: from €500 per year, disbursed after passing the probationary period and increasing with company seniority
