This is what you will do

As an HSB draftsman, you start your day by reviewing the current project status. You communicate with colleagues, share insights on engineering details, and ensure that all stakeholders have the correct information. A significant part of your day is spent modeling timber frame structures, where you apply both construction knowledge and technical insight. You contribute ideas for smart solutions, optimize detailing, and work in a precise BIM process. You ensure that production and assembly can proceed without surprises. The impact of your role is significant: your drawings form the backbone of the construction process.

In short:

• You will develop construction drawings and BIM models for timber frame construction projects
• You will translate design drawings into detailed production drawings
• You will coordinate with engineers, work planners, and project managers
• You will identify deviations and actively contribute ideas for technical solutions
• You will ensure that all drawings comply with applicable standards and quality requirements

This is who you are

• You have experience with timber frame drafting and/or prefabricated timber construction
• You enjoy working with BIM software such as Revit or a comparable tool
• You have an eye for detail and strong technical insight
• You enjoy collaborating and coordinating with different disciplines
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and communicate clearly
