H&S Supervisor

The H&S Supervisor will ensure the compliance and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) system in the wind farm, actively participating in identifying, evaluating, and controlling risks, as well as providing technical advice for the development and review of work procedures. Their role is key to ensuring the safe execution of operation and maintenance activities performed directly by the company's own personnel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with current legislation and other applicable requirements in the field of safety and health
• Supervise the correct implementation of internal standards (The Statkraft Way) and HSS procedures during task execution by internal personnel
• Participate in activity planning meetings, providing technical criteria for safety from the design stage to operational execution
• Actively participate in identifying hazards, evaluating risks, and determining controls associated with operation and maintenance activities at the wind farm
• Provide technical advice on safety and health matters in the development and review of work procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, regulations, and organizational needs
• Verify correct application of work permits, specific risk analyses, and procedures related to high-risk tasks (tasks at height, electrical risks, confined spaces, etc.)
• Maintain and update documentation for the HSS system (procedures, instructions, records, reports, etc.)
• Manage and deliver personal protective equipment (PPE) on site
• Ensure updating of worker inspections (PPE, training) and technician inspections (extinguishers, elevators, helpers, anchorage points, lifelines, rescue teams, etc.)
• Maintain documentation for access control at the site through a document management platform
• Conduct on-site safety inspections to verify working conditions and compliance with regulations, managing necessary corrective actions
• Coordinate and execute training, sensitization, induction, and simulation activities in matters of safety and health
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions, preparing technical reports with root cause analysis and improvement proposals
• Prepare site reports according to established KPIs
