HR-Project Manager / HR-Process Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „HR-Project Manager / HR-Prozessberater (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As HR-Project Manager / HR-Prozessberater (m/w/d), you will support the personnel department in analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing central HR processes.
• You will accompany the introduction and adaptation of HR IT systems.
• You will analyze and document existing HR workflows, for example recruiting, onboarding, personnel administration, absentee management, and offboarding, and identify optimization and automation potential.
• You will ensure a smooth transition to optimized HR processes, relieve internal staff during project phases, and increase efficiency and compliance.
• You will create procedure guidelines, process documentation, and evidence for data protection and compliance, and define clear roles, responsibilities, and representation regulations.

Qualification

• You bring an education in the personnel or administrative field, e.g. as a personnel clerk (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d) or HR generalist (m/w/d), or have alternative comparable qualifications.
• You have professional experience as a personnel clerk (m/w/d), HR generalist (m/w/d), HR project assistant (m/w/d) or in similar positions.
• In addition, you are confident in handling the common MS Office programs.
• Your communication and team skills, willingness to engage, and quick understanding ability distinguish you.
• You have secure German language skills that round out your profile.
