HR/Payroll Specialist 60% (m/w/d)

Adecco is looking for a trustworthy, experienced person to join our team as an HR/Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and experience with payroll administration, social insurance, or HR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Independent and timely processing of monthly payroll
• Maintenance and control of personnel data in the HR/payroll system
• Consulting employees and management on questions regarding salary, social security, and work models
• Preparation of reports, evaluations, and monthly closures
• Collaboration with authorities, social insurance, pension funds, trust companies, and internal departments
• Active participation in projects for digitalization and process optimization in the payroll and HR administration area

The ideal candidate will have:

• A completed vocational training in accounting and further education in the field of payroll administration, social insurance, or HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate or FA social insurance)
• Several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing
• Fundamental knowledge of social security and labor law
• Experience with common payroll/HR systems (e.g. SAP, SwissSalary, DialogLohn etc.)
• A structured, exact, and discreet working style
• A pleasure in dealing with people and digital processes
