As HR Advisor, you will support the HR Manager on various levels. You will work on integration projects and function as a sparring partner and advisor for management and employees on personnel matters. Additionally, you will contribute to retaining and attracting talent, with the goal of achieving organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Advise management and employees on HR issues, such as recruitment, selection, performance management, and development.
• Guide changes within the organization, including reorganizations and cultural changes.
• Analyze HR data and reports to identify trends and improvement points.
• Lead HR projects, such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Serve as a point of contact for complex HR issues and labor law matters.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote employee development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum HBO-level education in HRM or comparable.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of labor law and current legislation on HR matters.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A self-reliant and result-oriented mindset with an eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
