HRIS Implementation & Optimisation Lead

The Public Service Division (Singapore) is looking for a dedicated professional to manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) that are vital for HR transformation across public agencies. This role will focus on enhancing system capabilities, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing critical stakeholder relationships. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong values of integrity and teamwork and have a knack for engaging effectively with various stakeholders. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will also have experience in HRIS implementation and optimisation, preferably in a public sector or similar environment. In addition, they should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations governing HR practices in Singapore. This role is critical to the success of our HR transformation initiatives and requires a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
