HRIS Consultant

Working at Septeo as an HRIS Consultant means:

• Being responsible for the full implementation of our HR solution, mpleo, at our clients, tailored to their specific HR needs.
• Analyze existing HR processes and provide advice on best practices and suitable solutions.
• Configure and personalize the functionalities of the mpleo software based on the identified functional requirements.
• Train HR users in the use of our application.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio and function as their permanent point of contact for all questions about the software.
• Publish customized reports and follow up on the implementation.
• Coordinate projects with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in internal discussions about continuous improvement and the development of new functionalities.
• Work together in a team, in a collaborative environment where sharing best practices and expertise is encouraged.
• Regularly visit clients to ensure proximity and support.
• Flexible work, either on-site or at home, with an autonomous and efficient time management.
