HRIS & Analytics Specialist

Cisalfa Group, present in Italy and Germany with 7 companies and brands Cisalfa Sport, INTERSPORT Voswinkel and SportScheck, with over 240 stores and 5,500 employees, is looking for a figure to be inserted as HRIS & Analytics Specialist. The figure, within the team, will be responsible for digitalizing HR processes, contributing to the evolution of related IT platforms, supporting digitalization and operational efficiency through analysis and use of technologies. Main activities and responsibilities Area HR Information Systems - Analysis of HR function needs to guide the development of ad hoc solutions; - Project management for implementing new HR digital solutions; - Collaboration with HR and IT for optimizing and developing systems; - Management and maintenance of HR data in company systems; - First-level support to users and management of relationships with external suppliers. Area HR Analytics - Support to HR Director in promoting a data-driven HR culture; - Collection, analysis, and management of data from HR systems; - Production of reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions. Profile - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering Management or related fields; - Previous experience of at least 3 years in an analogous role in HR contexts with a focus on systems and analytics; - In-depth knowledge of HR processes and digital platforms (Talentia, Docebo or Zucchetti); - Consolidated knowledge of tools like Excel; - Good knowledge of the English language; - Completing the profile: attitude to change management, proactive approach, oriented towards simplification and dissemination of digital culture. #GameOnWithCisalfa Sector: Sales Role: Retail/Services Public Occupation: Indefinite contract
