HRIS Analyst

Here at Howden, we are transforming the way we deliver HR services to our business, and this is an exciting time to join our evolving HR function as we look to drive commercially aligned and strategic HR support to our stakeholders. Reporting to the Regional HRIS Team Lead, this role will focus on supporting the delivery of the Workday Implementation Roadmap across LATAM, helping to ensure countries and businesses are aligned with the global standard HR processes. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the implementation and maintenance of the Workday system, ensuring that all aspects of the system are properly configured, tested, and documented. This includes but is not limited to: data migration, workflow configuration, security setup, and integration with other systems. Additionally, this role will require collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization, including HR business partners, IT teams, and country HR teams to ensure a seamless implementation of Workday. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an HRIS environment. Proficiency in Workday or similar HR systems is highly desirable.
