- Profile with more than 8 years of experience at a managerial level, ideally with corporate-level experience.
- Experience in defining HR and Recruitment processes, managing a recruitment team covering administrative and executive positions.
- Management of Organizational Development, replacement letters, succession plans, interviews with directors and internal clients to understand and initiate action plans. Extensive experience in plans at the management and director level.
- Improvement of HR processes, managing area analytics and AI for decision-making.
- Intermediate knowledge in compensation.
- Master's degree highly desirable
- Advanced English
$90,000 - $110,000 net + statutory benefits
