Job description
Responsibilities: Serve as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the overseas regional business team, supporting local organizational development and personnel growth. Drive the implementation of HR functions—including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations—in alignment with business needs. Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between the China headquarters and the local overseas team. Support the execution and optimization of regional HR processes, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners. Provide strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational performance. Collaborate with other HR functions to develop and implement global HR initiatives. Analyze and interpret HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and optimize HR strategies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
