HRBP Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE: Will be responsible for leading the Human Resources strategy and operations across corporate offices and several manufacturing sites across Mexico, ensuring alignment with business goals and North America HR strategic priorities. This position provides leadership and partnership to each plant HRBP and Centers of Expertise to deliver value-added programs and services that support talent management, organizational development, total rewards, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the business and be able to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
