HRBP Lead, Latam

As the HRBP Latam Lead , you will be a strategic partner and a key driver of organizational success across our most vibrant markets in Latin America: Brazil and Mexico . This is a high-impact role where you will balance regional nuances with global standards, ensuring our talent strategy aligns with Ant International’s vision of building a more inclusive and sustainable future. Reporting directly to our global leadership outside the region, you will act as the bridge between local operations and the global organization, fostering collaboration and driving results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, leveraging your expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management. Your scope of work will include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with Ant International’s vision and goals; • Collaborating with local operations to ensure effective implementation of global HR initiatives; • Providing expert advice on talent management, organizational design, and change management to support business objectives; • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region, including local leadership, employees, and external partners; • Identifying and mitigating risks related to HR and talent management in the region; • Developing and managing budgets for HR initiatives and programs; • Ensuring compliance with global HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
