Job description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on HR professional who is excited to help build Eurofins’ new IT Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte from the ground up. This position will have a strong focus on IT recruitment (around 50% of the workload), complemented by HR Business Partner activities and light site coordination responsibilities.

We are searching for someone who:

  • Is energetic, proactive, and resourceful
  • Enjoys recruiting and finding creative ways to attract great IT talent
  • Wants to help shape a new office culture and build processes from scratch
  • Pays attention to detail and takes ownership of operational tasks
  • Works closely with senior HR leaders and key stakeholders while growing into broader responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential HR/Recruitment professional ready for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Developers, QA, Infra, Cybersecurity, Data, etc.).
  • Build sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and market intelligence for the Belo Horizonte region.
  • Own the recruitment operations: screening, interviews, candidate management, feedback loops, and offer preparation.
  • Partner with hiring managers globally to understand technical requirements and deliver strong talent.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience aligned with Eurofins’ values.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and local recruitment events.

2. HR Business Partnering (30%)

  • Act as the local HR point of contact for the new Delivery Center.
  • Support onboarding, probation, performance cycles, engagement activities, and retention initiatives.
  • Advise managers on people-related topics with support from senior HR colleagues.
  • Assist with HR operations, documentation, and compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT).
  • Contribute to building an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

3. Site Coordination (20%)

  • Help with office setup, vendor coordination, administrative routines, and site logistics.
  • Support health & safety practices and well-being initiatives.
  • Serve as the “go-to person” for daily local operational needs (with guidance from LATAM HR/Operations).
  • Assist in monitoring headcount, onboarding flow, and site KPIs.
