You will be integrated into our Rome office, within the Human Resources Directorate, supporting the Site HRBP, where you will mainly be involved in the following activities:

• Learning & Development: analysis of training needs, organization and management of training courses, development of career plans and succession programs to support employees' professional growth. Management of training in synergy with the Business Units present in the MMEA region and coordination with Group functions.

Talent Acquisition: CV screening, selection interviews.

HR project: support in the management of strategic HR projects.

You are the ideal candidate if…

• You have a degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, and International Relations, or equivalent.

You are strongly interested in the human resources world.

You have solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

You have an excellent command of the English language (C1).

You have excellent knowledge of the main IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite and particularly Excel).
