Job description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for a Distribution Center (CEDIS)!
Do you have experience as an HRBP, Generalist, or HR Coordinator in operational environments and are you passionate about being the strategic partner that drives business leaders?
What you will do:
Be the strategic HR advisor for the CEDIS leader, with constant presence in the operation
Anticipate risks of turnover, absenteeism, and work environment, and lead action plans
Lead the talent attraction process and follow up on onboarding (Day 1, Week 1, 30, 60, and 90 days)
Advise on labor relations, discipline, and regulatory compliance
Drive development plans, succession, and internal mobility (360° and 9-box)
Strengthen the leadership capabilities of the CEDIS teams
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an HRBP, Generalist, or HR Coordinator
- Desirable experience in retail, logistics, or manufacturing, ideally with multi-shift operations
- Knowledge of SAP HCM (desirable)
