HR Business Partner This role serves as a strategic advisor and key partner to ensure alignment between business objectives, HR processes, and organizational culture. The HRBP will work closely with U.S. and Mexico business units, providing guidance on employment law, compensation, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidentiality, precaution, and business insight. The successful candidate will be able to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering open communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, • Providing expert advice on employment law, compensation, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness, • Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement solutions that drive business results, • Analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness, • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including employees, managers, and executives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in HRBP or similar role.
