Who We're Looking For: A proactive and analytical HR & Workforce Success Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, including but not limited to: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will also be expected to analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business results.
