HR Work Student (m/w/d) in Recruiting

What tasks you can expect

As a continuously expanding company, we see ourselves in HR facing the exciting challenge of adapting our internal best practices and processes to our current and future corporate size. This includes working on transforming from a service department to an impulse-giving corporate instance.

In this context, you will work as a work student in Recruiting (m/w/d) directly with our HR specialists and support the identification, approach, and selection of suitable candidates. You will take over tasks along the entire recruiting process – from creating and publishing job postings to selecting applications and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining our candidate management system, support building reporting structures, and implementing employer branding measures.

Your tasks will include:

• Support in candidate management (e.g., screening, communication with candidates, scheduling)
• Creating and publishing job postings
• Researching and directly approaching potential candidates (Active Sourcing)
• Collaborating on building the recruiting process landscape and reporting
• Maintaining data in the candidate management system as well as internal communication channels and media
• Other recruiting and personnel development tasks
