In our Finance & HR Team, we are looking for support with a clear focus on the HR area. You will take responsibility for operational HR topics and at the same time have the opportunity to participate in finance-related tasks according to your interests and prior knowledge.

Blickfeld expects you to be part of an agile Scale-up environment with flat hierarchies, where your ideas are welcome and implemented.

Aufgaben

HR Operations: You will be responsible for our HR operations and take care of topics such as the administration of benefits, contracts, and personnel data up to ongoing personnel management.

Recruiting: You will support us in recruiting from job posting to daily candidate correspondence and onboarding new colleagues.

Mitarbeiterbefragungen: You will design our employee surveys, coordinate the implementation, and evaluate the results.

Mitarbeitergespräche: You will organize our bi-annual employee meetings and prepare the evaluations.

Teamevents: You will plan and organize our team events for the entire company. This includes monthly get-togethers for regular exchange as well as a larger event once per quarter, where teamwork is in the spotlight.

Weitere Projekte: There are always exciting project topics to work on.

Qualifikation

Studium: You are currently enrolled as a student:in in business administration or psychology with a focus on personnel management.

Arbeitsweise: You work structured, independently, and detail-oriented, and keep an overview even when dealing with multiple topics at the same time.

Kommunikation: You communicate openly and proactively to people, whether in personal conversations, by phone or in written communication.

Sprachen: You communicate confidently on German and English, orally as well as in writing.

Persönlichkeit: Technical affinity and self-initiative round out your profile.

Erfahrung: First experiences in the HR area or recruiting are a plus, but not a must.
