HR Ventures & Acquisition Associate Manager (all genders)

You work at the interface of People, Strategy and Growth: In this role you accompany Accenture in corporate acquisitions and shape HR integration from the very beginning actively with.

Your Mission

As HR Venture & Acquisition Associate Manager you accompany national and international acquisitions throughout the deal lifecycle. You analyze HR risks and opportunities, develop sustainable People solutions and ensure that new organizations are successfully integrated into Accenture.

Tasks

This is what awaits you

• HR Due Diligence & Analysis
  You plan and steer HR due diligence activities, evaluate data, identify talent, cost and integration risks and lead informed recommendations for deal and integration decisions.
• Development of HR Solutions
  You develop integration concepts u.a. to remuneration, benefits, incentives, career architecture, performance & retention as well as HR policies - in close coordination with Global and Local HR, Finance, Legal and Corporate Development.
• Integration & Implementation
  You plan and steer HR integration activities, set solutions in motion and accompany the operational implementation along central HR processes and systems.
• Stakeholder & Project Management
  You work closely with HR Deal Leads, Business Sponsors and the management of acquired companies together and take responsibility for timetables, quality and results.
• Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer
  You steer the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and ensure learnings for future acquisitions.

Qualification

This is what we're looking forward to

• Multiple years of experience in HR-, People- or Change programs, ideally in the M&A- or transformation environment
• Deep knowledge in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Equity) as well as experience in conceiving and operationalizing HR programs
• Very advanced analytical skills and experience in deriving recommendations from data
• Sovereign appearance as well as very good presentation and communication skills in fluent English and German on a senior management level
• Strong stakeholder and project management as well as a high degree of self-responsibility and structure
• Understanding of HR systems and HR technologies as well as commercial and financial understanding
