Tasks

• Initial telephone contact: You conduct initial conversations with applicants and clarify important information for the further process.
• Preliminary selection of candidates: You review and evaluate application documents and identify suitable candidates.
• Scheduling management: You organize and coordinate presentation meetings and feedback rounds.
• Data maintenance: You keep the candidate database up to date and ensure data integrity.

Qualification

• You enjoy talking on the phone and feel comfortable in conversations with people around you
• You think commercially and recognize potential at first glance
• You communicate clearly, structured, and persuasively - by phone or in writing
• Order and structure are a must for you - you ensure a smooth process in your tasks
• You are open, positive, and approach new challenges with curiosity and motivation
• You master the German language at an excellent level in both spoken and written form
• You live in Erlangen, Nuremberg, or surrounding areas
• And: You have mostly afternoons and evenings free, to support our team enthusiastically on the phone 😃
