Aufgaben

• Initial Telephone Conversations: You conduct initial conversations with candidates and clarify relevant information for further selection process.
• Candidate Selection: You carefully review application documents and make a well-founded selection of suitable profiles.
• Scheduling Interviews: You plan and coordinate presentation interviews as well as subsequent feedback interviews.
• Maintenance of Candidate You update the candidate database and ensure high data quality.

Qualifikation

• You enjoy talking on the phone and feel comfortable in conversations with people.
• You think like a salesperson and recognize potential often already at first glance.
• Your communication is clear, structured, and convincing. Whether by phone or text.
• Order and organization are self-evident for you and help you to execute tasks smoothly.
• You are open, positively inclined, and meet new challenges with motivation.
• You master German at a very high level (native speaker level), both in writing and speaking.
• You live in Munich or surrounding area
• You work better afternoons and evenings instead of starting already at 8 or 9 am
