Responsibilities
Hiring process management, Attendance to all employees from all units; Attendance to managers for application and adaptation of selective processes Recruitment and selection; Salary analysis and grading of new hires and internal promotions; Selection and admission interviews with professionals; salary researches; Development of a plan for the selection and hiring of professionals together with management; Partnership with universities and other institutions for surveys of new candidates.
