HR Tech Consultant

We are looking for an HR Tech consultant for 32-40 hours per week. In this role, practically all areas of HR and consultancy will be covered. Furthermore, you will play an important role in maintaining our existing relationships with clients and partners. What will you do As an HR Tech Consultant, you are the link between our software and the client. You will guide organizations through implementations, advise on HR processes, and help clients get the most out of our software. One day you will guide an implementation for a new client, the next day you will give a training, solve a functional issue, or brainstorm with colleagues about new functionalities. Do you see opportunities to set up processes more smartly? Then you will be given the space to work on it yourself. You will be involved in, among other things

• Implementing and configuring our HR software.
• Guiding implementation projects from start to finish.
• Advising on the setup and optimization of HR processes.
• Providing training for clients and partners.
• Contributing ideas for new functionalities and improvements.
• Supporting clients with complex functional issues.

• HBO work and thinking level (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a consultancy, implementation, or project-based environment.
• Affinity with HR processes and HR software.
• You can easily switch between different clients and projects.
• You work independently, take ownership, and think in solutions.
• You feel comfortable within an organization where collaboration is more important than hierarchy.

• Salary between € 3,500 and € 4,500 gross per month.
