HR Team Leader

International organization located in Poznań, seeking an experienced candidate for the HR Team Leader position.

Your tasks:

• Ensure the implementation of business services according to procedures and local requirements,
• SUPPORT THE TEAM, MENTORING, ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS AND SUPPORT FOR RESOLVING DIFFICULTIES,
• Ensure the completeness of personnel and payroll processes and monitor the status and timeliness of realization,
• Monitor the closure of salary settlements related to a given period,
• Engage in team training, development of skills and knowledge in the area of personnel and payroll,
• Prepare reports, verify the implementation of KPI/SLA,
• Collaborate with internal and external partners,
• Participate in standardization and automation processes.

We expect:

• A few years of professional experience in the HR department,
• At least 2-year experience in team management in an SSC environment,
• Knowledge and experience in labor law and remuneration,
• Very good knowledge of English - at least C1 level,
• Experience working with HR systems such as SAP, Workday, Service Now,
• A higher education degree,
• The ability to lead, delegate, and make decisions,
• Interpersonal skills, a problem-solving attitude.
