Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung operativer Recruiting-Prozesse, einschließlich Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerbermanagement, Interviews und Active Sourcing for Fachkräfte
• Koordination and Steuerung externer Dienstleister
• Organisation and Begleitung des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeitender

People Development

• Organisation and Tracking von Mitarbeitendengesprächen
• Entwicklung and Organisation von Workshops / Coachings
• Unterstützung bei Umfragen & Auswertungen

HR Operations & Administration

• Übernahme administrativer HR-Aufgaben wie vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung, Vertragsmanagement and Stammdatenpflege
• Ansprechperson for Mitarbeitende in operativen Personalfragen

Employer Branding & Hochschulmarketing

• Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke
• Planung and Durchführung von Hochschulmarketing-Aktivitäten

Perspektivisch auch Übernahme von weiteren inhaltlichen und strategischen HR Themen.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium or Ausbildung im Bereich Personalmanagement, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie or vergleichbar
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting and HR Operations, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Software (z.B. Personio) or Bewerbermanagementsystemen (z.B. join)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- and Organisationsfähigkeit as well as a strukturierte and selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit sensiblen HR-Daten as well as a hohe Serviceorientierung
• Begeisterung for HR-Themen, insbesondere Employer Branding and Hochschulmarketing
• Lust auf ein dynamisches Wachstumsumfeld
