The HR Systems Integration Lead will play a pivotal role in this journey by leading the integration of HR systems across the organization, ensuring seamless data flow, and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and implementing HR systems that align with business objectives and organizational needs. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR system requirements. • Developing and maintaining relationships with HR technology vendors to ensure optimal solutions for the organization. • Providing training and support to end-users on new HR systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Conducting regular reviews of HR system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed. The ideal candidate will possess: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Systems Integration, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of HR systems, including payroll, time and attendance, performance management, and recruitment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Certification in HR or a related field is an added advantage.
