As part of the People team, you'll be responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation, and support of HR systems across the employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Technology, and the wider business to ensure systems are operating effectively and delivering meaningful insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and enhancing HRIS and people systems
• Providing system support, troubleshooting, and user guidance
• Developing and maintaining people reporting and analytics
• Managing system updates, testing, and implementation activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and system capabilities
• Supporting data integrity, governance, and compliance requirements
• Contributing to projects involving system improvements and digital transformation initiatives

• Previous experience in a People Systems, HRIS, HR Analytics, or Systems Analyst role
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
• Experience working with HR, payroll, or workforce management systems
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and data management capability
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
