Our HR department at Zurich Airport is the point of contact for internal and external contacts. It is responsible for supporting the 350 employees in Switzerland from onboarding to offboarding. Furthermore, it supports the management in all HR-related matters.

Human Resources Supervisor 100%

What awaits you with us:

• Representation of the Human Resources Manager in their absence
• Independent recruitment of specialists and managers for all our units at the Zurich Airport and Zurich Main Station locations
• Contact person for all employees and managers regarding any personnel issues
• Ensuring efficient and legally compliant HR administration from A-Z
• Absence management, processing of sickness and accident notifications
• Consulting and supporting managers in personnel and leadership tasks
• Conducting interviews according to process guidelines and established practice
• Co-designing personnel development
• Coordination of all personnel-related tasks in cooperation with external payroll accounting
• Coordination and optimization of HR instruments and processes
• Close cooperation with the relevant interfaces
• Various administrative and coordination tasks in the responsible area

What you should bring:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the gastronomy industry
• Sound HR training
• High degree of self-management
• Enjoyment of diverse tasks
• Flexible organizational talent with a high degree of performance and customer orientation
• Enjoy interacting with people from different cultures
• Appealing appearance, empathy, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
• Native German speaker and very good English skills, other languages are an advantage
