What will you do?

As an HR Intern at Priva, you will join an enthusiastic HR team, consisting of HR Business Partners, Recruiters, HR Officers, and an HR Assistant. We are an ambitious team that enjoys hard work, but also has room for a joke or a good conversation. During your internship, you will fully participate in ongoing HR tasks, and we will gladly help you develop your competencies and any school assignments. This can include:

• Assisting with data entry and HR assistant tasks in AFAS

• Organizing and maintaining personnel files

• Processing colleague inquiries

• Supporting the organization of the onboarding day

• Shadowing HR professionals

• Supporting various HR projects

Who are you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic third or fourth-year intern who wants to gain experience in HR. Preferably, you are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, but students from other programs where HR is a component are also welcome. You are proactive, accurate, communicative, and engaged with the team and your colleagues at Priva. You also don't mind communicating with international colleagues in English, both in writing and orally. For this internship, we expect you to be available 24 to 40 hours per week.
