HR Intern

Are you an HR student who wants to do more than just observe, but truly wants to contribute? At Quatra, you won't get an internship with only assignments and watching from the sidelines. You'll be part of the team, gain responsibility, and learn what HR is like in practice.

What will you do

As an HR intern at Quatra, you will contribute to everything related to people. Practical, operational, and close to the business. You won't just be sitting behind your laptop; you'll communicate a lot with colleagues and directly see the results of your work. You will join a small and dedicated HR team. We work informally, help each other, and speak our minds. No hierarchical fuss, just short lines of communication. At Quatra, we work according to our core values: Connect, Commit, Create. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting recruitment and selection, onboarding, and offboarding;

• Drafting employment contracts and processing personnel changes;

• Maintaining time, leave, and absence administration;

• Contributing to ongoing HR projects and improvements in our processes;

• Completing your internship assignments, aligned with your education and learning objectives.

What do you bring?

• You are pursuing an HRM (Higher Professional Education or Secondary Vocational Education) or a comparable study program;

• You are enthusiastic, driven, and digitally savvy;

• You want to learn by doing and dare to ask questions;

• You work meticulously and take responsibility;

• You communicate clearly in Dutch, both orally and in writing;

• You are available at least 4 days per week (internship duration ± 4 months).
