HR Intern Learning & Development (Work Placement)

At DPD Netherlands in Oirschot, as an HR Intern Learning & Development, you will have the opportunity to gain experience within a professional and accessible L&D team. You will work with experienced specialists and learn how training and e-learning contribute to the development of employees.

What will you do?

You will join the Learning & Development team at DPD Netherlands. This team consists of the Manager Talent Acquisition & Development and two Learning & Development specialists and is part of the HR department, where more than 20 colleagues work.
You will receive good guidance from experienced colleagues and will learn primarily by doing. No internship day is the same.

This you will learn and do:

• Assist with the learning management system (LMS), such as building and improving online courses.

• Support the development and improvement of learning programs and training.

• Contribute ideas for creative and innovative ways of learning, online and offline.

• Help with identifying employee learning needs.

• Assist with the organization of workshops, training, and e-learning modules.

• Learn how DPD invests in personal development, innovation, and sustainable employability.

What do we offer you?

• An internship allowance of €450 to €550 gross per month.

• A work placement of 4 or 5 days per week.

What do you bring?

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the direction of Learning & Development, HRM, Educational Science, Instructional Design, or (Business or Applied) Psychology.

• Interest in learning, development, and personal growth.

• A eager to learn, proactive attitude.

• You can plan well and maintain an overview.

• You communicate easily and dare to ask questions.

• You are curious, creative, and eager to learn new things.
