What will you do?

HR-stage (internship) with a lot of diversity and challenge: for the label Hospitality!

Period: flexible, between mid-September 2025 – mid-June 2026

The tasks are diverse and include:

• Activating and processing employee data in the plan/compensation system;
• Drafting and submitting contracts and other documents for signature and monitoring;
• Requesting documents from institutions in the Netherlands;
• Supporting salary processing (hourly processing, sickness benefits, leave);
• Daily contact (email, phone, app, and customer portal) with employees and clients to answer questions, provide information, etc.
• Support in recruitment, online marketing, planning.

• 32 or 40 hours per week, days and hours per week in consultation, flexible possible
• Compensation between €350,- and €450,- gross per month + travel expense compensation

We place great value on a good internship guidance and your internship supervisor is the point of contact for all your questions. We work closely with the team from 'Working in Austria' who know similar processes and where experienced colleagues can also help you. We find teamwork important, so you'll get your own workspace in our office garden among other colleagues. Lunching together is also a nice touch! As a 25-year-old organization, we are always looking for new employees, so a permanent position with us is certainly an option.

You're an HR student and can perform tasks both independently and in teamwork. You're communicative and work accurately, taking care of company data (we work with personnel files that need to be processed correctly). Additionally, you have commercial interest, as it's not just about a job for a candidate but also about increasing the business results of both our client and Synergy itself.

You'll work with Synergy from our headquarters in Schijndel. Within the label Hospitality, we take care of recruitment and selection, registration, onboarding, and (salary-) administration that falls under the broad umbrella of Hospitality. From hotel staff, restaurant personnel, festival staff, and housekeeping. But you'll also look over your shoulder at the project 'Working in Austria', where we handle the complete (salary-) administration of around 900 young employees who will work as hospitality staff or ski instructors in Austria during the winter season.
