In this role, you'll work closely with the project team, supporting data-based HR processes and actively contributing to topics like EU wage transparency.

Tasks

• You create, maintain, and analyze HR-relevant data, key figures, and Excel lists
• You support pay and performance rounds as well as salary processes with a focus on structured and meticulous data preparation
• You prepare data for benchmarking and market analyses
• You maintain job architectures and work on projects related to EU wage transparency and executive grading
• You support the team in administrative and organizational tasks in daily business

Qualification

• A successful completed education
• Safe and routine handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ideal experience with HR processes, particularly in the area of compensation systems
• Knowledge in data analysis as well as structured and address-oriented presentation of results
• Fluent German skills and good English skills
