- conducting and coordinating recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth progress and positive experiences for candidates at every stage,
- supporting and training managers in the area of recruitment,
- managing an ATS system while paying attention to quality and up-to-dateness of data,
- identifying and implementing improvements in recruitment processes,
- analyzing recruitment indicators to optimize the recruitment process,
- cooperating with local and global HR teams to ensure consistent and effective recruitment activities.
