For an international chemical company, we are looking for a:
HR SPECIALIST REWARD & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
The resource will be integrated into the Human Resources Directorate and will report directly to the HR Manager. They will work in collaboration with the HR team, consisting of two other figures (focused respectively on selection/training/development and payroll/budgeting/industrial relations), with a view to collaboration and complementarity.
ACTIVITIES:
• Management of Compensation & Benefit activities, with particular focus on the annual salary review and the updating of company remuneration policies
• Support and management of performance appraisal processes, including the definition and monitoring of company MBOs and KPIs
• Design, implementation, and maintenance of organizational processes related to personnel management
• Internal analysis and market benchmarking to support remuneration decisions
• Management of performance assessment systems and support to managers in the consistent application of HR policies
• Use of Zucchetti and Altamira management systems for HR activities
• Cross-functional collaboration with other members of the HR team and with various company functions to ensure consistency in organizational and remuneration processes
• Availability to support, if necessary, other activities in the Human Resources area, offering added value in terms of flexibility and an integrated view of HR dynamics
REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Degree in economics, law, or related fields (a Master's degree in HR will be considered a plus)
• Consolidated experience in the role, preferably gained in production contexts within complex and structured organizations
• Solid skills in Compensation & Benefit, performance appraisal systems, management of MBOs and KPIs
• Knowledge of organizational processes and related dynamics in structured corporate environments
• Good knowledge of the main HR management tools; knowledge of Zucchetti and/or Altamira is a preferred qualification
• Excellent command of Excel and HR analytical tools
• Flexibility and willingness to expand one's scope of work to other HR activities: cross-functional knowledge of other HR activities is considered a plus
• Strong relational and communication skills, propensity for teamwork
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Confidentiality, reliability, and results orientation
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proposal-driven approach
National Collective Labour Agreement for the Chemical industry, indicative gross annual salary between €45,000 and €55,000 + performance bonus and work tools
Smart working: one day per week
Work location: North-West Milan
