HR Specialist / Recruitment H/F

Manpower For one of our clients, we are immediately looking for an HR Specialist / Recruitment specialist with a federal certificate in HR. - Your missions: - Ensure recruitment and integration processes for collaborators within the service. Contribute to the service's strategy regarding HR marketing and resource management. - Counsel, support, and inform collaborators and managers on HR topics. - Coordinate administrative HR activities by supporting and advising HR department heads. Participate in creating and maintaining process improvements. - Conduct or participate in projects and support the HR manager in conducting specific files. - Profile sought: - Holder of a federal certificate in HR or equivalent title. - Proven experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment, within a large structure with a significant workforce, preferably in the public or parapublic sector. - Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, possibly specific to the Vaud cantonal administration. - Mastery of processes and tools in the recruitment domain. - Mastery of administrative HR processes. - Experience in recruiting IT profiles or knowledge of IT professions (an asset).
