HR Specialist Personaladministration / Payroll - ALDI Shared Services (m/w/d)

For this reason, we are looking for an HR Specialist Personaladministration / Payroll who will support us in the following tasks: • Processing of personnel data and payroll calculations; • Preparation of payroll reports and statements; • Support in the implementation of new payroll processes and systems; • Collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth operation; • Providing HR-related information and support to employees. Requirements: • Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or payroll processing; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; • Knowledge of German labor law and regulations; • Excellent communication skills in English and German; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
