YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with two other team members, you will ensure reliable and professional payroll. You will share tasks within the team and support each other. At the same time, you will actively contribute to our HR topics and take responsibility in operational HR day-to-day business.

Independent execution of monthly payroll processing, including pre- and post-processing

• Responsibility for all changes, as well as new hires and terminations
• Preparation of year-end statements and payslips
• Processing and control of social insurances, withholding taxes, family allowances, as well as sickness and accident notifications
• Maintenance and control of personnel and payroll data in our HR systems
• Management of time tracking and support with questions related to working hours
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding questions about payroll, social insurances, and HR
• Participation in personnel administration as well as in HR projects and processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial apprenticeship with further training in the field of HR, payroll, or social insurances
• Several years of practical experience in payroll processing / payroll
• Very good knowledge of Swiss social security and labor law
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, accurate, and structured way of working, as well as a pronounced flair for numbers
• Discretion, teamwork, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• High service orientation and enjoyment of contact with people
• Fluent German in speaking and writing
