For this pace, we are looking for reinforcement in the heart of our HR administration: people with payroll expertise who also have contracts, certificates, and references firmly under control.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY COULD BE

Payroll & Settlement: Independent preparation and execution of monthly payroll and salary accounting with DATEV Lohn und Gehalt and GASTROMATIC, including reports and statistics – for 200-250 employees at 4-5 locations (in full-time)

• Personnel Administration: Administrative support for the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit, as well as maintenance of master personnel data and working time accounts
• Contracts, Certificates, and References: Creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and employment references, as well as communication with social security institutions, health insurance companies, and authorities
• Consulting: Clarification of payroll tax and social security law issues for employees and managers
• Interface Work: Reconciliation of personnel-related accounting accounts with financial accounting and digital archiving of settlement-relevant documents

Job Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d), HR Specialist (m/f/d), or apprenticeship as a Tax Assistant (m/f/d)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in payroll and salary accounting / Payroll (mandatory)
• Experience in the creation of employment contracts, certificates, and employment references
• In-depth knowledge of payroll tax and social security law, with basic knowledge of labor law being desirable
• Proficient user skills with DATEV Lohn und Gehalt, ideally GASTROMATIC, as well as Microsoft 365
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, English skills desirable
• Independent, accurate, and structured way of working, as well as a discreet, trustworthy, and team-oriented personality
